Your Role

As a Senior Project Manager F/H, you will be responsible for the management and execution of key strategic projects for KUBA. Your leadership and expertise will ensure effective coordination and project delivery in compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. You will be the interface between internal teams and external clients, and you will play a crucial role in project preparation and implementation.

Main Responsibilities

• Establish and manage project scope, timelines, and budget, ensuring alignment with strategic company objectives.
• Lead project planning and execution, coordinating cross-functional resources.
• Analyze and anticipate potential problems, taking preventive measures to minimize project impacts.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring expectations are managed.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Implement and promote best practices in project management within the organization.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.

What we're looking for

Essential

• Higher education degree in project management or a related field.
• At least 10 years of project management experience in a technical or IT sector, with significant expertise in managing complex projects.
• A recognized professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is strongly desired.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective dialogue with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proactivity and problem-solving aptitude, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and the Microsoft suite.

Desired

• Experience in the ticketing industry or in the mobility sector is a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
