Senior Project Manager – High-End Residential Architecture

About the Company

A high-end architectural firm is seeking an advanced-level Project Manager with at least 10+ years of experience in high-end classical residential design to join our team.

About the Role

The candidate should be well-versed in the classical design language, have a thorough knowledge of architectural history and precedent, be highly attuned to detail and accuracy, and be extremely skilled with technical drawings (construction sets as well as millwork/cabinetry design). In addition, the candidate should have a proven track record of successfully leading creative and highly detailed traditional high-end-residential projects from conception through completion. The Ideal Candidate will have an eye for design with technical detailing execution.

Responsibilities • Lead all phases of the project from inception to completion.

Qualifications • Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited architectural school.

Required Skills • Excellent communication skills, leading and collaborating with teams. • High interaction with clients. • Proven track record of leading and creating highly detailed classical residential projects. • Classically trained.

Preferred Skills • Experience in high-end classical residential design.

Hybrid – 3 days in T-Th (M-F work from Home unless meetings).
