Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Talent Acquisition Customer Relationship Management platform within a dynamic enterprise environment. This role will partner with cross-functional teams including Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, technology, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery and adoption. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of working independently, and experienced in managing complex technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of CRM implementation projects from kickoff through deployment and post-launch support
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and technology teams to gather and validate business requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and implementation partners
- Coordinate testing activities including user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and release readiness
- Support change management efforts, including process documentation and training material development
- Provide clear project updates and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in enterprise technology implementations
- Experience working with Human Resources systems, Talent Acquisition platforms, or Customer Relationship Management tools
- Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and drive project delivery with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing Talent Acquisition CRM platforms such as Phenom or similar tools
- Experience integrating CRM systems with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience working in large, matrixed organizations
- Project Management certification or Agile certification
- Experience in change management practices

Pay Range
$40/hr to $50/hr
