Senior Project Manager – HVAC

We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Project Manager to lead and manage HVAC projects from planning to completion. This role involves overseeing project schedules, budgets, teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver HVAC projects on time and within budget
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams
• Lead technicians and subcontractors across multiple projects
• Monitor project progress, costs, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates

Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC project management experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installations
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
