Responsibilities

• Coordination and planning of projects: You are responsible for the coordination and planning of projects from order placement to acceptance and record all activities system-wise in the ERP.
• Organization and management of projects/meetings: You organize and lead projects and meetings, coordinate cross-departmental activities, and monitor deadlines, costs, and quality.
• Customer support and central point of contact: You support our customers from order placement to project completion and are their main point of contact in all project phases.
• Coordination and planning of projects: You are responsible for the coordination and planning of new machine, conversion, and small projects from order placement to acceptance and record all activities in the ERP.
• Change orders and updating order confirmations: You create change orders for projects, update order confirmations, and ensure the correctness and completeness of all documents.

Profile

• Technical Qualification: You have successfully completed further training as a technician or successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering/industrial engineering or a similar field.
• Experience in project leadership and project management: You already have several years of experience in leading and managing projects.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical and special machine construction sector is desirable: Ideally, you already have experience in the pharmaceutical industry and special machine construction.
• Language skills: In addition to your fluent German, you have business-fluent English skills and ideally also knowledge of other foreign languages.
• bottelpack knowledge is an advantage: Knowledge of working with bottelpack systems is a plus.
• Team spirit included: You enjoy working in a team and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
• Independent work: You are a master of self-responsibility and successfully complete projects with your independent working style.
• Good social skills and strong communication: You are a communication talent and master every social interaction with flying colors. Your strong social skills and communication abilities make you a valuable team member.
