Job Description
- Serve as Lead Project Manager on multiple projects, owning scope, schedule, budget, and execution for highly complex projecrs
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 2-4 Project Managers and APMs
- Build and scale project teams over time, including participation in hiring decisions
- Act as the primary client Point of Contact for high‑profile and confidential projects
- Lead OAC meetings and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships
- Oversee complex, higher‑end projects, including work exceeding $20M
- Collaborate closely with ownership and senior leadership on strategy and execution
- Run 2-4 projects concurrently with appropriate staffing and administrative support
