Job Description
As a member of the Large Scale Project Management (LSP‑M) department at our HQ, you will join a diverse, international team and report directly to the Head of Department. We are looking for an open, communicative, and experienced professional to support the successful delivery of future large‑scale projects.
In the role of Senior Project Manager (International) you take full operational responsibility for complex construction projects, ensuring delivery in line with defined scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards. You will act as the main customer interface, lead interdisciplinary project teams, and ensure consistent application of project management standards. Additionally, you will manage multiple related projects within large‑scale programs and oversee the commercial strategy during the acquisition phase to achieve targeted win ratios.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead international construction projects according to the Project Agreement
- Manage scope, schedule, costs, risks, and resources
- Act as main customer interface and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders
- Create Project Agreements and prepare cost calculations
- Lead project teams, select team members, and distribute work packages
- Ensure project transparency through structured reporting and regular plan updates
- Drive commercial performance in collaboration with the Project Owner
- Ensure knowledge transfer and structured project close‑out
- Escalate critical issues to the Project Owner or Project Steering Committee when required
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry (formwork, scaffolding, engineering, or infrastructure preferred)
- Proven track record managing complex international projects
- Strong commercial understanding and experience with project cost control
- Excellent leadership, team development, and communication skills
- High intercultural competence and willingness to travel internationally
- Proficient with project management tools
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

- Salary: market‑aligned, based on qualification and professional experience
- Minimum annual gross salary (collective agreement, woodworking industry): EUR 46 290,44 (full‑time, 38.5 h/week)
