Your Responsibilities at x1F

As a (Senior) Project Manager*, you will guide clients through complex IT infrastructure and service transition projects. You will support them from design to operation, ensuring that projects are implemented in a structured, efficient, and sustainable manner. You will confidently manage projects throughout their entire lifecycle, maintain an overview, and ensure smooth operations. At the same time, you will further develop customer relationships, identify potential for improvement, and contribute new ideas. You will continuously expand your own expertise.

• End-to-End Management: You will be responsible for the implementation of infrastructure and transition projects from conception through implementation to handover to operations.
• Consulting and Optimization: You will expertly support clients in modernizing their system and application landscapes. Processes and service quality will be sustainably improved.
• Methodology and Transparency: You will manage projects, resources, and risks in a structured way and ensure transparency at all levels through clear communication and professional reporting.
• Customer Focus: Existing relationships will be actively shaped. You will identify potential for improvement, implement measures, and take responsibility for expanding strategic opportunities.

These Skills You Bring

• Transition Experience: Several years of managing infrastructure and transition projects from solution design to service operation; experience in regulated environments and service management is an advantage.
• Expertise: Profound knowledge of IT infrastructure, architectures, and processes, as well as the ability to implement complex solution designs in a structured manner.
• Stakeholder Leadership: Strong communication skills and confident management of stakeholders and governance structures.
• Methodological Strength and Results Orientation: Knowledge of agile and classic project methodologies, including risk management; analytical and structured working style with a focus on budget, time, and scope.
• Languages: Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (C1); good English language skills.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel for projects within the DACH region.
