Senior Project Manager IT Integration (w/m/d)

for the Strategic Project Management team of Asklepios Service IT GmbH at the Hamburg location and nationwide, part-time (32 hours/week) and permanent.

What does a Senior Project Manager IT Integration (w/m/d) do with us?

• Primarily, we have a lot of fun at work in the team. Every day is varied and exciting: we greatly appreciate the close collaboration with our customers. We are pioneers in positioning our clinics as modern and digital for the future. An important part of your work is:
• You will take overall responsibility for steering the group-wide IT integration program for the harmonization of processes, systems, and organizational structures across multiple IT companies.
• You will shape the development and establishment of the professional project and program management setup (target image, roadmap, governance, reporting).
• You will analyze existing IT landscapes, processes, and organizations and will significantly drive the development of the harmonized target state.
• You will keep a close eye on realizing synergies for IT applications and processes (e.g., license management, harmonization of applications, or governance processes).
• You will take on thematic technical leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and also manage external partners.
• You will always be in close coordination and collaboration with the Change Manager for effective support of organizational changes.
• You will manage stakeholder and communication management at the management and executive board level, prepare steering committees/decision-making formats, and take on goal-oriented moderation.
• You will ensure compliance with time, budget, and quality goals, as well as transparent management reporting.

• You have completed a degree in Business Informatics, Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• You have several years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager in complex IT integration or transformation projects for corporations.
• You ideally have project experience in a complex IT landscape and an understanding of clinical processes.
• You have sound knowledge of classic, hybrid, or agile project management.
• Your strong communication and moderation skills are at an executive level.
• You have a structured, analytical way of working and a high degree of personal responsibility.
• You enjoy working in a team, are reliable, and can organize yourself well.
• You have very good German language skills.
