Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive remote work environment.

• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on software development and system implementations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex IT projects.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
