The ideal candidate will bring strong technical mastery across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems together with proven leadership and coordination capability

Responsibilities

• Provide expert oversight of the full MEP scope including design review, system functionality, installation methodologies, and multi-discipline coordination. • Manage MEP services from design development through execution, ensuring seamless coordination between the design division and contractors/subcontractors. • Develop and provide planning inputs for MEP works and closely monitor Planning vs. Actual Progress on site. • Lead and control project document flow, ensuring timely submissions, approvals, and proper records management. • Review resource reports (manpower histograms, plant & machinery schedules, implementation programs, procurement plans) and verify adequacy for on-time project completion. • Represent the company at weekly/daily/ monthly progress meetings with contractors, consultants, and clients. • Coordinate closely with Procurement, QS, and HR departments for project-related requirements. • Review and approve key commercial and material documents including MR, GRN, and petty cash forms. • Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, supervisor and workers on site. • Ensure full compliance with Project QA/QC Manual and implement robust quality control procedures. • Review and certify monthly contractor/subcontractor invoices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). • Extensive experience managing large-scale MEP infrastructure projects. • Strong knowledge of international MEP standards, QA/QC, and project controls. • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and coordination skills. • Ability to drive projects to successful and timely completion. • The selected candidate will be required work our projects at Maldives
