Ensuring performance in terms of costs, deadlines, and quality, as well as attention to other contractual conditions in the detailed planning and construction of the project; coordination of planning and execution services for railway-specific trades and support for engineering firms in cross-trade planning; development of analyses, countermeasures, and action plans for deviations and threats to targets for project management; interface coordination between planning, execution, and documentation; obtaining all necessary permits (EBA, VV BAU) for the project; coordination and management of the timely submission of relevant documents for commissioning; assessment of contractual and supplementary claims and development of corresponding solutions; ensuring routine information and reporting on performance and schedule development and active monitoring of critical areas for action; transfer of specialist knowledge within the team and development of knowledge management. • Successfully completed studies in an engineering discipline, specializing in infrastructure management or project management • Alternatively, an equivalent qualification with sound knowledge and skills gained through several years of professional experience. • Knowledge of project management gained through prior experience, ideally with relevant certification. • Experience in infrastructure construction, interface management, and knowledge of contract law (HOAI, VOB) • Solid negotiation experience and strong communication skills • Strong teamwork skills, a high degree of independence and a goal-oriented work style.
