We are looking for support as a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) for our Regional Overheads at the locations Münster (Westphalia), Worms, Frankfurt, Berlin, or Erfurt, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the overarching planning and management of projects in the field of contract logistics, always keeping an eye on costs and results.
• You lead interdisciplinary international teams of practitioners (m/f/d) and experts (m/f/d) from the areas of intralogistics, construction, IT, operations, and external partners.
• You take care of change request management and ensure the preparation and coordination of process documentation.
• You coordinate integration tests with customer systems.
• You have overall responsibility for investment management, project controlling, and risk management.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a technical or business administration degree or a comparable qualification, preferably with a focus on logistics.
• You have relevant project experience in a comparable position and are proficient in using relevant project management tools, ideally also with the PRINCE2 methodology.
• You have corresponding experience in logistics and operational processes and are also familiar with the implementation of warehouse management systems.
• You are proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
• You have strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
• You are willing to travel depending on project requirements (2-3 days/week).
