Responsibilities

• You will take on a significant global role, responsible for important projects across the entire Vehicle Mobility Solutions (VMS) segment.
• You will ensure project success through clear prioritization, structured coordination, and proactive action.
• You will be responsible for overarching projects in the areas of localization and the establishment of new companies or joint ventures.
• You will manage all relevant workstreams in all phases of the project management process.
• You will be responsible for communication with the steering committee, the core team, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: You have successfully completed a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
• Technical Expertise: You hold a PM certificate such as GPM / IPMA Level D or equivalent. You are proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
• Experience Counts: You have at least six years of practical experience as a PM in mechanical engineering, consulting, or the technology sector. You also have experience in setting up assembly and production lines and possess process know-how and strong entrepreneurial skills for business cases.
• Language Skills: Your German and English skills are fluent in speaking and writing.
• Team Coordination: You have excellent communication skills and enjoy leading and guiding international project teams.
• Personal Commitment: Your proactive, structured, and efficient way of working characterizes you. Flexibility and problem-solving skills complete your profile.
