Senior Project Manager – Owner’s Representative

We're partnered with a global real estate development and investment firm as they look to bring on a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction activity across their Midwest portfolio.

This is a high visibility role, working directly on the ownership side, managing projects from preconstruction through delivery across a mix of asset classes. You’ll play a key role in driving project execution, managing external partners, and ensuring developments are delivered on time and on budget.

The firm has a strong reputation globally, with significant capital backing and an active pipeline across the U.S. This position offers the opportunity to step into a leadership role within their Midwest operations and have a real impact on how projects are executed moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple projects across the Midwest from preconstruction through completion
• Manage and coordinate General Contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Drive budgeting, scheduling, and overall project performance
• Provide strategic input on project planning, design, and execution
• Report directly into senior leadership on project status and performance

Compensation & Benefits:

• $150K–$175K base salary
• 20% bonus potential
• $1,000/month vehicle allowance
