Strategic Influence & Decision Support
- Guide Marketing on innovation briefs and product conception with a focus on agility, profitability, and sustainability (L4TF)
- Evaluate launch feasibility across cost, timeline, and technical constraints
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies with cross‑functional teams

- Support feasibility costing, COG analysis, and value engineering initiatives
- Coordinate packaging and product development, including collaboration with R&D
- Manage plant transfers and ensure seamless execution across manufacturing sites
- Analyze performance and continuously improve processes based on learnings and trends
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product/package development and project management, ideally within beauty, CPG, or related industries
- Proven ability to operate at a Senior Manager level—strategic, agile, and capable of leading with minimal oversight
- Strong cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing end‑to‑end product launches
- Background in packaging, development, or technical operations strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Operations, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)

- Experience supporting global product development initiatives
