We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Program Manager to lead and oversee large-scale mechanical construction projects, with a focus on plumbing and HVAC systems. This role will be responsible for managing multiple projects or programs from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery in alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of mechanical construction projects, including HVAC and plumbing scopes
  • Manage multiple projects or portfolios simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution across all phases
  • Coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design teams
  • Drive procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration
  • Monitor project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and change order management
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and budget
  • Lead project meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication
  • Mentor and support junior project managers, engineers, and field teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management
  • Strong experience in mechanical construction, with a focus on HVAC and plumbing systems, required.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale commercial or industrial projects
  • Experience managing multiple projects or programs concurrently
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, project controls, and cost management
  • Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar platforms
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred
  • Experience working with general contractors or mechanical subcontractors
  • Familiarity with design-build and fast-track project environments

Pay

$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
