The Scalable, Software Defined, Supportable S-Band Radar (S4R) Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Team is excited to welcome a Senior Project Manager. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with S4R program managers and functional leaders to ensure the successful planning and execution of all M&S deliverables.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate planning, scheduling, and tracking the status of S4R software development and integration efforts across multiple programs. • Serve as the Control Account Manager (CAM) to support Earned Value Management (EVM) across S4R programs. • Identify and facilitate resolutions to M&S team blockers. • Provide product status updates and plans to program leadership, participating in meetings and reviews. • Lead M&S proposal and Basis of Estimate (BOE) efforts. • Gather and analyze regular metrics to inform team progress and create historical records for future projects. • Facilitate strategic planning for products through cross-program roadmap development. • Collaborate with functional management on team staffing needs and communicate demands for M&S products.

Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent engineering/technical degree. • Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience. • Experience in planning and executing large product development initiatives. • Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM). • Experience in Control Account Management (CAM). • Proven track record of supporting program proposals and conducting software estimates. • Demonstrated technical leadership. • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Level Clearance.

Desired Skills: • Familiarity with Software Development Metrics. • Experience in Agile software development. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Program Performance Management experience for Agile Programs. • Proficiency with the Atlassian Tool Suite. • Experience working on radar-focused projects.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Compensation: The annual salary range for this role is $104,500 - $184,115 depending on location and experience, with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) match among others.
