Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in SaaS, B2B services, finance, and technology to join our growing team. As our solutions are SaaS- and cloud-based, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-oriented environment and who is passionate about leading complex projects, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery and operation of solutions within the trade finance, and credit sectors.

The Company:

KS-TF AG, Switzerland based, consists of a team of professionals with expertise in the design and development of software, covering receivables/payables processing and credit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end SaaS implementation projects from initiation to post-go-live support
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (consultants, developers, analysts, compliance) and manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Translate business and technical requirements into structured project plans and actionable tasks
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for management
• Identify risks, manage issues, and ensure timely resolution of project challenges
• Support operational processes post-implementation and drive continuous improvement of workflows and delivery efficiency
• Collaborate with consultants, technical, sales and marketing teams to support proposals and solution presentations

We expect from a suitable candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field
• Proven experience in project management, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or financial services
• Very good communication skills in English and in other languages, which are considered as a plus
• Capable of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced situations
• Excellent analytical skills, sense of prioritization
• Team-oriented mindset, enjoys working in an office environment and values in-person collaboration
