Diverse Tasks in an Innovative Environment

At Sycor, you will take on the leadership of SAP projects for medium-sized companies at home and abroad. Depending on your focus, these will primarily be strategically demanding S/4HANA (GROW/RISE) implementations or comparable SAP projects. Your SAP expertise is in demand – experienced solution architects and consultants will be available to assist you with in-depth topics.

You will be responsible for the overall success of the project – from initiation to completion. You will always keep an eye on costs, opportunities, and risks and ensure that the project goals are achieved.

You will plan budgets, timelines, and resources and actively manage the project scope (scope management).

As a coach, you will lead your project team and support our customers in their digitalization strategy – including change management tasks.

You will represent Sycor confidently to our customers and thus strengthen our position as a reliable partner.

Even before the project starts, you will get involved in acquisition and selection processes and support our sales team with your expertise.

During the project, you will be the first point of contact for customers and the team – and thus make a decisive contribution to building long-term customer relationships.

You will actively shape the further development of our project management methodology based on SAP ACTIVATE.

Your Profile

You see yourself as a trusted advisor and act accordingly, with conviction and passion, right up to the C-level. As a technical leader at Sycor, you make independent decisions and lead projects to success.

You have completed a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable vocational training.

You feel at home in project management – ideally, you already have several years of experience, especially in S/4HANA Cloud (Public Cloud is a plus).

You have sound expertise in S/4HANA and SAP Cloud technologies. If you have also worked as a consultant or solution architect, even better.

You have a strong understanding of processes, ideally from industrial manufacturing or medical technology.

You are very familiar with common consulting and project management methods in the SAP environment. SAP ACTIVATE and SAP Cloud ALM are not foreign words to you, but familiar tools.

Your German language skills are very good, and you are also confident and at ease in English-speaking projects.

You work independently, think analytically, and communicate clearly. You convince with your cooperation skills and a good sense for conflict resolution.

You like to make decisions in a team – and bring not only expertise but also joy in joint development.

Your willingness to travel is around 60%. The rest of the time you spend flexibly in the home office or at one of our Sycor locations with colleagues.
