About Us
Our Central Strategy department is responsible for SCHOTT's corporate and business strategy, supporting our Executive Board and management in all strategic matters. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a (Senior) Project Manager Strategic Development (m/f/d)*.
Your Responsibilities
- (Further) development of the Schott corporate strategy; analysis and derivation of strategic options
- Execution of concrete projects for the implementation of the corporate strategy
- Definition & management of the annual strategic planning process
- Support in the creation of successful business strategies for our strategic business fields and for new business fields
- Development of M&A strategies in our core business and adjacent areas in cooperation with the M&A department
- Leadership of interdisciplinary and cross-functional project teams as well as external consultants
Your Profile
- Excellent university degree (Master or MBA/PhD) in a business, technical, or scientific field with additional business qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a renowned management consultancy or in a comparable position in an international industrial group (manufacturing industry)
- Experience in managing complex projects in the areas of strategy development and implementation, business and organizational development
- An entrepreneurial and pragmatic personality
- Excellent communication skills as well as very good analytical and conceptual abilities
- Very high resilience, flexibility, teamwork, and perseverance
- Fluent German and English skills
