Senior Project Manager - Structural Engineering & Repairs

OverviewReporting into the UAE Group Manager you will be responsible for handling multiple projects across the Emirates. These range from 1-25 Million AED in contract value with a range of complexity and environments, from live shopping malls to car park refurbishments, stadia repairs and industrial projects. You will be able to turn your hand to a manner of pre & post contract activities, providing leadership & guidance to engineers, agents & construction managers. No MENA experience is needed in this role. What is critical is a willingness to embrace material repairs and solutions within in-depth concrete, post tension or strengthening works. You should be prepared to drive the process through all aspects. This is not a role for someone who does not want to roll up their sleeves and clock off at 5:15pm.
