We are on the lookout for a high-performing Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale data center and mission-critical projects. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and understands the precision and urgency required for hyperscale builds.

In this role, you will be in charge of significant structural steel projects from initiation to completion, managing schedule, budget, and execution through detailing, fabrication, and field erection. You will be expected to successfully handle 7,000+ ton projects, maintain aggressive timelines, and travel as required to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead structural steel projects from award through closeout with complete P&L accountability.
  • Drive aggressive schedules for mission-critical builds, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Manage submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change order processes.
  • Oversee procurement, fabrication schedules, and supply chain coordination.
  • Direct erection sequencing, field logistics, and overall jobsite execution.
  • Travel to project sites to support field teams and maintain schedule performance.
  • Conduct coordination meetings with GCs, owners, and trade partners.
  • Monitor project costs, labor productivity, and overall profitability.
  • Ensure alignment between detailing, fabrication, and field operations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in structural steel project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects (7,000+ tons).
  • Experience with data centers or mission-critical projects is highly preferred.
  • Ability to excel in fast-track, high-pressure environments.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for project support.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and standard project management tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Technical / AISC Expectations:

  • Understanding of AISC standards and the Code of Standard Practice.
  • In-depth knowledge of fabrication workflows and connection coordination.
  • Capability to interpret complex structural drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with bolting/welding requirements and QA/QC standards.
  • Proven ability to drive coordination across detailing, shop, and field operations.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $120,000 - $155,000 (DOE).
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to project success.
