Responsibilities

Project Management in Technology Transfer

  • Plan, control, and monitor project activities related to the transfer of technologies to new manufacturers.
  • Ensure achievement of goals according to defined milestones, considering specified timelines and project requirements.

Team Management and Project Coordination

  • Control interdisciplinary teams and organize and moderate project meetings.
  • Track the timely completion of tasks, document project progress, and create meeting minutes.

Strategy and Solution Development

  • Develop solution scenarios and strategies for complex issues in the project environment.
  • Proactively support and consistently implement developed measures to ensure project goals.

Reporting and Management Communication

  • Create status reports focusing on product availability and budget achievement.
  • Prepare decision-making bases and derive recommendations for action, e.g., in case of deviations, for team leadership and management.

Interface Management and External Communication

  • Coordinate collaboration with internal specialist departments and communicate with external partners during project execution.
  • Ensure a transparent flow of information among all project participants.

Profile

Academic Background / Professional Training + Professional Background

  • Successfully completed studies or a comparable training with appropriate qualifications and several years of experience in project management and technology transfer in the pharmaceutical environment.

Personal Competencies

  • Strong assertiveness, strong argumentation skills, and conflict and moderation competence.
  • Analytical, structured, and results-oriented way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility.

Technical and Language Competencies

  • Very good English skills in speaking and writing.
  • Very good MS Office skills.
  • Experience in managing and leading teams.
