About the role
Join a global architecture + engineering practice with a multidisciplinary team and a design-led culture. The Transportation Studio delivers aviation, transit, and multimodal hub projects for public and private operators, focused on efficient, sustainable, future-ready transportation nodes.
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead transportation projects from planning through delivery, owning scope, schedule, budget, team performance, and client relationships. This is a senior seat with real accountability and autonomy.
What You’ll Do
- Negotiate, develop, and manage scope, deliverables, work plans, schedules, and budgets across all project stages
- Build detailed work plans across architectural and engineering disciplines, allocate hours, track progress, and adjust resourcing
- Lead integrated teams through QA/QC for all deliverables, with a sharp focus on construction drawings and specifications
- Manage scope changes, negotiate solutions that meet client expectations and contractual obligations
- Coordinate with contractors, sub-consultants, and authorities having jurisdiction to resolve constructability and owner concerns
- Act as the primary liaison with the client, contractor, and internal team maintaining strong, trusted client relationships
- Monitor project financial performance and forecast revenue with confidence

- Transit and multimodal hubs
What You Bring
- 15+ years of project delivery experience
- Direct transportation project experience – aviation and transit strongly preferred
- Experience working with public agencies and authorities (e.g., airport authorities, transit operators, regional transportation agencies) is an asset
- Strong understanding of building systems and coordination (architectural, M&E, structural), plus permit and code requirements
- Proven leadership and client management skills. Calm under pressure, strong communicator, decisive
- Strong grasp of project accounting with an ablility to track performance and forecast revenue
- Professional registration is an asset
