You'll ensure project performance meets budget, schedule, and scope while providing mentorship to junior team members. Responsibilities

• Direct water treatment project performance for mining clients
• Develop and manage engineering project schedules
• Ensure resource allocation and dependencies are clear
• Monitor project financial performance and risk analysis
• Provide mentorship and technical reviews for projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field preferred
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience
• Expertise in environmental consulting and complex project delivery
• PMP Certification or Professional Engineer designation preferred
• Experience in northern and remote mining settings
