What you can achieve

• International business development in the defense capability sector with and against drones (Loitering Munition / Strike Drone, Interceptor Drone, Counter-UAV)
• Participate in European drone initiatives
• International network, support in positioning RUAG in the international drone market. Active participation in international conferences
• Negotiations with potential customers and partners
• Win international tenders in the drone sector
• Implementation of projects including building and leading the implementation team
• Active participation in the strategic further development and the overall strategy of the Business Section «Drones»

What you bring

• Bachelor / Master's degree in a technical field, e.g., IT, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace
• Several years of professional experience
• Extensive expertise in the field of drones, particularly in business, development, and operational application
• Active international network in the drone sector
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong negotiation skills and sound economic and strategic thinking (MBA an advantage)
• High self-initiative and entrepreneurial mindset
