In this position, you will have the opportunity to work in a global leader in ophthalmic medical devices, using state-of-the-art equipment and tools to develop innovative products that help millions of people around the world regain their sight.

Main tasks:

• Lead cross-functional teams using appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, resources, and risk registers, manage external suppliers as needed, and communicate clearly with stakeholders and report to senior management.
• Build strong relationships between global teams and functions, ensure effective collaboration, and maintain the necessary project documentation.
• Define and implement the Sophi program strategy in accordance with business objectives, manage projects and ensure efficient execution of activities.

Your profile:

• Degree in engineering or related technical discipline with at least 5 years of experience as a practicing project manager.
• Proven experience in managing complex technical projects from concept to production or product launch.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Project, Project Online and the most important Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio).
• Expert knowledge and practical application of key project management methodologies, including Agile and V-Model.
• It would be desirable to have an up-to-date PM certification (e.g. PRINCE2, APMP, SCRUM).
