Verstärken Sie unser engagiertes Team in der Projektentwicklung zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Senior Projektleiter (m/w/d) Projektentwicklung Logistikimmobilien.

These tasks await you:

• Responsibility for projects in all service phases of HOAI
• Research
• Acquisition of new properties according to the predefined investment strategy
• Development and expansion of the real estate network
• Preparation and examination of the acquisition of land and existing properties, due diligence
• Creation of market and location analyses/research
• Conceptual development of new construction projects
• Creation of building rights
• Definition of leasing and marketing strategies
• Support of entire development processes of a project
• Operational project realization in cooperation with technical construction supervision, task assignment to external project partners
• Negotiations with owners, partners, and municipalities
• Construction controlling, economic calculations
• Project completion and handover to asset management

You need for your daily work:

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on real estate or real estate-specific training with additional qualifications
• At least 5 years of professional experience in project development
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Very good market knowledge and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented and independent way of working as well as a confident demeanor
• High commitment, resilience, and flexibility
• Very good MS Office skills
