About

In this demanding role within the Networks business unit, you will lead central transformation and innovation projects. You will actively shape the further development of our business unit, asset management, and processes. You will ensure that projects are implemented professionally, efficiently, and sustainably.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional transformation and key projects, including the realization of our new EDM system landscape.
• Coordinate and manage innovation projects – from idea to implementation.
• Further develop and standardize our project management methods.
• Implement and ensure project standards along the SIA phase model.
• Build and further develop project governance and controlling.
• Coach and support project managers within the company.
• Close collaboration with Asset Management, Engineering, Operations, and Network Economics, as well as other business units.
• Moderate interfaces and manage demanding stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University or technical college degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in leading interdisciplinary and complex projects, ideally in the energy or infrastructure sector.
• Sound knowledge of the SIA phase model.
• Project management certification at an intermediate to high level.
• Very good knowledge of project management methods (classic and ideally agile/hybrid).
• Experience in transformation or innovation projects.
• Strong implementation skills and structured working method.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and confident demeanor.
• Enjoy change and shaping in a dynamic environment.
