Role

Our client is a leading Swiss company in the field of building technology with exciting projects in heating and cooling. A modern work environment with innovative technologies, sustainable solutions, and diverse projects in new construction and renovation awaits you.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and realization of heating and cooling projects
• Independent management of medium and large projects
• Preparation of quotes and technical concepts
• Participation in planning and procurement processes
• Coordination of internal and external project participants
• Involvement in BIM and digitalization projects

Qualifications

• Training as a building technology planner for heating or equivalent
• Several years of experience in HVAC project management
• Knowledge in the area of renovation and building technology is an advantage
• Enthusiasm for BIM, digitalization, and new technologies
• Independent, resilient, and customer-oriented personality
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
