Your Role

For this demanding interface role, we are looking for a personality who combines strategic thinking with operational execution – from technology foresight to complex projects and impactful communication.

Responsibilities

• Definition, implementation, and tracking of measures to communicate results from foresight and forecast activities, including:
  • Text creation
  • Concept and implementation of design and print formats
• Concept, setup, execution, and management of technical studies and technological projects, especially:
  • Management of dependencies and delivery commitments
  • Ensuring quality and risk management
  • Cross-functional project and multi-project planning
  • Independent execution of complex procurement processes according to European public procurement law

Qualifications

• Certification in project management: IPMA Level C or higher or PRINCE2 Practitioner
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, media design, advertising design, or comparable fields
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management:
  • Project duration of more than one year
  • Leadership of at least ten project team members
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing procurement processes according to European public procurement law
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing pitch decks, presentations, banners, or comparable advertising measures
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in writing journalistic texts (200 to 1,000 words)
• Affinity for current technological developments (e.g., AI, XR, Quantum, 6G)
• Willingness to travel (approx. once a month for business trips)
• German: C2
• English: min. B1
