To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Publisher Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your Role

As a Senior Publisher Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for building and optimizing our publisher landscape. You will ensure that display-based campaign purchases are managed automatically, efficiently, and economically, with a focus on measurable success for our customers and our company goals.

Responsibilities

• Independent acquisition and support of marketing partners in various digital channels
• Central contact person for publishers in your portfolio segment
• Coordination between publishers, sales, technology, and other internal teams
• Development of innovative advertising formats and cross-digital products
• Analysis, reporting, and market observation
• Consulting and participation in the online presence of publishers
• Representation of the company towards publishers
• Coordination of various internal and external stakeholders in holistic projects
• Very good German and English skills

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in product management/online marketing
• Studies/training in business administration, communication, or media sciences
• Strong communication skills and negotiation skills

• Analytical skills and technical understanding
• Cost awareness and networked thinking
• Flexibility and customer orientation
• Good English skills and MS Office proficiency, especially PPT and Excel
