Senior Python Engineer – AI/LLM

We are looking for a highly experienced Python Engineer (10+ years) to build and scale production-grade AI/LLM-powered chatbot systems. This is a hands-on, onsite role working on cutting-edge technologies like RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and semantic search.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale Python backend systems for AI/chatbot platforms
• Design and optimize LLM-based solutions (RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents)
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure security, compliance, and reliability in production systems
• Work with vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement

Required Skills

• 10+ years in Python backend development
• Strong experience with REST APIs, async programming, system integration
• Hands-on with Azure (Functions, App Services, Azure SQL, Cognitive Services)
• Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, chatbot frameworks
• Strong database skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Vector DBs)
• Knowledge of OAuth2, SAML, MFA, security best practices

Nice to Have

• Experience with Ragas, TruLens, Arize Phoenix (LLM evaluation)
• DevOps exposure (Docker, CI/CD, monitoring tools)
• Experience building high-availability / regulated systems
