We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Engineer to join our remote team. You will design and develop high quality software using Python (and associated frameworks) to run on a scalable clustered environment. Candidate should have strong DevOps skills. Should be able to manage AWS environment without the support of the core DevOps team.

Responsibilities

• Generating and maintaining your code in accordance with the coding standard and best practices
• Developing new functionalities and enhancing existing ones
• Designing the architecture and implementation of new products
• Partially full‑fill the role of the DevOps Engineer for modifying or extending current solution infrastructure
• Investigating, debugging, and delivering fixes
• Optimizing performance across products

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience as a Python Engineer
• Proficiency in Python programming, RESTful web services
• Expert with AWS cloud services
• Experience working with Python and a framework such as Fast API or Flask
• Solid understanding of JSON data structures and API definitions such as OpenAPI
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL database
• Experience with Celery
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience with scrapping and good knowledge of tools like Beautiful Soup or Selenium
• Strong understanding of Docker
• Good experience with software development processes using CI/CD tools
• Use best practices for security throughout the whole process of developing software
• Problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Good English language skills
