Senior Python Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Development of productive Python backends, APIs, and integrations
• Design and implementation of scalable and maintainable services for real-world load
• Development of clear, pragmatic solutions for complex requirements
• Continuous improvement of testing & test coverage, CI/CD & deployment processes, performance & observability, as well as code quality & maintainability
• Active participation in shaping architecture, system design, and technical decisions
• Close collaboration within the team with a focus on sustainable and robust systems

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in software development with Python
• Strong commitment to clean code, testing, and maintainability
• Hands-on mentality combined with technical foresight (not just ticket processing)
• Very good understanding of backend development and modern architectures
• Experience with Django, PostgreSQL, Docker, Grafana, and Linux
• Routine in CI/CD, automation, and Git-based workflows
• Ownership, technical depth, and the desire to take responsibility
• Very good German and English language skills (min. C1)
