We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright Automation using TypeScript to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in automation testing, maintaining existing automation frameworks, and developing new automated test scripts for web applications.

This role requires a hands-on professional who can work within an existing automation ecosystem while contributing to new automation initiatives. Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience in Playwright Automation • Experience with TypeScript • Expertise in UI/Web Automation Testing • Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks • Strong understanding of automation scripting and test execution processes • Experience updating and enhancing existing automated test suites Nice to Have • Experience working with existing automation frameworks and improving test coverage • Knowledge of test script optimization and maintenance activities • Exposure to CI/CD integration and automation best practices • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments Key Responsibilities • Update and maintain existing automation test scripts in alignment with the current framework • Develop new automated test scripts using Playwright with TypeScript • Execute automated testing activities and ensure quality deliverables • Collaborate with development and QA teams for test planning and defect validation • Enhance automation coverage and improve test execution efficiency • Support continuous improvements within the automation framework Required Experience • Overall experience: 10+ years • Strong experience in Test Automation • Hands-on expertise in Playwright + TypeScript • Experience working on enterprise-level automation projects Preferred Candidate Profile • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments • Good communication and collaboration skills • Experience working with existing automation ecosystems
