About the Role

In this context, we are looking for a QA Engineer dedicated to the IAG product, to ensure the quality and reliability of this strategic solution.

The IAG (Identity & Access Governance) product allows organizations to strengthen identity governance, analyze access rights, and secure processes related to authorizations.

Your mission: participate in the various qualification phases and contribute to the migration of manual tests to automated tests, in a collaborative Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality of deliverables throughout the entire development cycle: from design to deployment, in an Agile/Scrum context.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated tests, and conduct exploratory and non-automatable tests to validate complex use cases.
• Improve the automation framework and strengthen CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) to accelerate feedback and early anomaly detection.
• Define test strategies based on specifications, risk analyses, and your interactions with the Product, Development, and Support teams.
• You are the guardian of a shared quality culture: you promote continuous integration, early testing, and the implementation of reliability indicators (QKPI, CI/CD dashboards).
• Contribute to resolving complex incidents (L3) in conjunction with the R&D and Customer Success teams.
• Propose product and process improvements based on your analyses and field observations.
• Optionally, you contribute to setting up reproducible test environments using Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Docker).

Qualifications

• You have 5 or more years of experience as a QA Engineer in a demanding software or network environment.
• You master the development of automated tests, particularly in Python, and know how to use test frameworks (Robot Framework, Pytest, Selenium, Playwright…).
• You understand network and system architectures (TCP/IP, SSH, RDP, HTTP, Linux & Windows).
• You have solid experience with CI/CD environments and collaborative development tools (Git, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, JIRA).
• You ensure quality is integrated from the design phase and contribute to fostering a quality culture within the teams.
• You speak fluent English (part of the R&D is based in Spain).
