Senior QA Testing & Automation Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior QA Testing & Automation Consultant to support a large-scale modernization program. This role sits within the UAT team and focuses on ensuring high-quality delivery across User Acceptance Testing, requirements validation, change management, and cutover activities.

You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to validate solutions and enhance test automation practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across the program lifecycle
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases aligned with business requirements
• Ensure traceability between requirements and test scenarios
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and testing outcomes
• Manage change requests, perform impact analysis, and ensure appropriate test coverage
• Support cutover planning and execution for production readiness

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in UAT, QA testing, and test automation within complex programs
• Strong understanding of business analysis, requirements gathering, and validation
• Experience in financial services (banking/payments preferred)
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or modernization programs
• Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, ALM, TestRail)
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Experience with data validation and integration testing
• Understanding of release management and cutover strategies
