(Senior) Quality Assurance Engineer

Your Responsibilities

In this position, you will ensure that complex technical systems function reliably in the development and integration process and meet all agreed-upon requirements.

• Analysis of system requirements and derivation of suitable test strategies for complex systems
• Creation of test specifications and test cases for system and acceptance tests
• Planning, coordination, and support of system tests in the development and integration process
• Creation and maintenance of quality and test documentation
• Conducting process, gate, and supplier audits
• Analysis of quality metrics and application of proven methods such as 8D, Ishikawa, or 5-Why
• Close collaboration with engineering, project management, and integration – from the bidding phase to system acceptance

Your Profile

• Studies in engineering, computer science, or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Engineering, or system testing of complex technical systems
• Interest in demanding technical systems and their reliable interaction within the overall system
• Knowledge of relevant norms and standards (e.g., AQAP, STANAG) is an advantage
• Structured way of working, analytical thinking, and enjoyment of understanding technical contexts
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented collaboration with different specialist areas
• Very good German and English skills
• Willingness and possibility for security screening (Ü2)
