As a remote‑first professional, you will collaborate closely with manufacturing teams, engineering departments, and supply chain partners, utilizing digital tools to monitor quality metrics, conduct audits, and provide expert guidance. Your responsibilities will include developing inspection protocols, identifying root causes of quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensuring that all products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs and procedures for manufacturing.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve quality‑related issues.
  • Develop and oversee product inspection and testing protocols.

  • Train and mentor junior QA staff and production personnel on quality principles.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and product design.
  • Manage supplier quality and conduct supplier audits as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or a relevant technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
  • Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with experience working in remote teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) are a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in English.
