About

The Senior QA Tester will support a SaaS application modernizing credit and risk assessment capabilities. Embedded within a cross-functional team, the role focuses on ensuring quality, compliance, data integrity, test automation, and production readiness in a regulated financial environment.

Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Planning

Define test strategies and plans aligned with project milestones
Ensure compliance with quality standards and risk controls
Coordinate system, integration, regression, and data testing

Test Execution & Automation

Develop and maintain manual and automated test cases
Enhance API, UI, and data-driven automation frameworks
Validate integrations across SaaS and internal systems

Defect & Quality Management

Track and manage defects through resolution
Work with developers, vendors, and product owners on issue resolution
Provide quality and readiness reporting to leadership

Data & Integration Testing

Validate credit data, scoring outputs, and data accuracy
Support data migration and parallel run testing

Operational Readiness

Support release validation and post-deployment testing
Improve QA practices, tooling, and audit documentation

Project Requirements

Support the SaaS application, including credit adjudication workflows, enterprise data integrations, vendor solution validation, and regulatory quality controls.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT
8+ years of QA/testing experience in enterprise environments
Experience with test strategy, Agile/Scrum, API/integration testing, automation frameworks, and defect management
