About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with the timely response to the Customer, derived from logistical issues.
  • Monitor and maintain the Customer portals and ensure the correct filling of the information.
  • Follow up on the KPIs related to their area of responsibility and take the necessary actions to comply with them.
  • Ensure compliance with the requirements related to the position indicated in the IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, specific customer requirements and the legal requirements of the area.
  • Actively participate in the processes of Continuous Improvement and root cause analysis.
  • Daily monitoring of the client's portals, or any other logistical notification received by them electronically or by other means, ensures that the required information is uploaded into the customer portals and on the Q-module on SAP.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in quality/logistics areas.
  • 2-3 years of experience working in the automotive industry.
  • ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 (Desirable).
  • Core Tools, Problem Solving methodology (8D or similar).
  • Knowledge in managing customer portals (SQMS, B2B, etc.)
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Noticeable communication/negotiation skills.
