Senior QA – Digital Banking (Salesforce + BSA)

HCLTech is seeking a Senior QA – Digital Banking (Salesforce + BSA) to support large‑scale digital banking transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional, API, and data testing across Digital Banking and Salesforce platforms
• Validate business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Perform end‑to‑end testing for onboarding, payments, lending, and money movement flows
• Execute SQL‑based data validation across integrated systems
• Partner with BA, Product, and Development teams for defect resolution and delivery quality
• Support UAT, defect triage, and release sign‑off
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Qualifications

• 10+ years of QA experience (Functional, API, Data testing)
• Strong Banking / Digital Banking domain knowledge
• Strong BSA / BA experience (requirements & story validation)
• Hands‑on SQL, Postman, JIRA
• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range Minimum: $95000
• Pay Range Maximum:$155000
