We design and engineer air springs and related products for a variety of applications, including commercial trucks, cars, SUVs, and agricultural equipment.
Position Summary
This is a hands-on Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineering position in our plant, working Monday through Friday. We are located in beautiful Williamsburg, KY. While remote work is not an option, we provide full relocation assistance for those who meet the requirements. Please note that VISA sponsorship is not available for this role.
Key responsibilities in Manufacturing Quality Assurance include:
- Defining and specifying activities and processes to meet quality standards for manufactured products.
- Establishing systems to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
- Auditing and monitoring manufacturing processes against internal and regulatory standards.
- Investigating and reporting deviations in manufacturing processes and finished goods defects.
Responsibilities
Your role will include:
- Leading diverse projects with limited supervision.
- Coaching and reviewing the work of junior professionals.
- Supporting continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
- Utilizing advanced analytical skills to develop innovative solutions.
- Facilitating strong communication and relationships with stakeholders.
- Completing other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience in manufacturing quality engineering.
- Strong statistical analytical skills (familiarity with Minitab and other tools).
- Proficiency in GD&T.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Six Sigma certification (Black Belt or Green Belt) is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, 3 years with a master's degree, or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience is required.
