Your Job

  • Work on behalf of an OEM in challenging industrialization and series supplier management projects and take responsibility for the quality of defined parts and components.
  • Analyze all current problems and errors related to the defined components, actively pursue open measures, and drive the problem‑solving process until effective implementation of sustainable solutions.
  • Take responsibility for production process releases, relocations, and process and product requalification.
  • Plan, control, and document initial sample inspections for defined scopes and part numbers.
  • Together with the development department, ensure proper implementation of necessary product and process changes.
  • Create regular status reports based on given quality and project KPIs.

About You

  • Successfully completed a technical degree or comparable training, ideally with a mechanical or electrical engineering background.
  • Solid experience in quality or supplier management.
  • Knowledge of the automotive product development process; experience at a major OEM or Tier 1 is ideal.
  • Familiarity with the application of common quality methods in the automotive industry.
  • Fluent communication in English; German language skills are appreciated.
  • Clear and assertive communicator; decision making based on objective arguments.
  • Willingness to travel and high resilience.

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a technical degree or comparable training, ideally with a mechanical or an electrical engineering background
