Your Role
- Support architecture, design, Concept of Operations, requirements development, analysis, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems.
- Perform concept of operations design and radar behavior definition to drive radar capability implementation across subsystems.
- Collaborate with subsystem teams to define clear, executable, and testable approaches for mission success.
- Conduct trade studies and analyze the system-level performance impacts to guide design decisions.
- Develop and present detailed design documentation effectively.
- Represent the organization on contracts, interfacing with internal and external customers, program and senior leadership, as well as multi-disciplinary teams on significant technical matters.
- Utilize strong analytical and communication skills in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics, or a related field, coupled with 5 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 3 years of related experience.
- Functional knowledge of radar systems and subsystems.
- Demonstrated experience in system analysis, architecture, requirements development, trade studies, modeling and simulation, or integration and test.
- High proficiency in C++, Matlab, or Python.
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance.
