SENIOR REAL ESTATE PROJECT MANAGER (m/w/d) – REGION BADEN

Responsibilities

• Lead interior fit-out projects from planning to move-in
• Coordinate between HR, Finance, and Real Estate for strategic space planning
• Ensure a modern work environment that reflects the company culture
• Monitor lease agreements and ensure compliance
• Create and manage tenders (RFPs) and negotiate with suppliers
• Review construction plans and supervise external service providers (architects, construction managers)

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration
• At least 5 years of professional experience in commercial real estate project management (Real Estate / Construction)
• Sound experience with tenders, construction plans, and vendor management
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken) are mandatory
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Strong communication skills with a structured way of working
