Senior Recruitment Consultant
About Opportunity
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.
This is not a typical recruiter role.
We are building a team of top billers and true consultants who take ownership of their desk, build strong client relationships, and consistently deliver results.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will manage the recruitment cycle, taking complete ownership of your desk:
• Understand and qualify job requirements for clients
• Source, headhunt, and engage high-quality candidates
• Conduct in-depth interviews and technical screening
• Match candidates accurately to roles and client culture
• Manage the full interview process from start to finish
• Handle offer negotiation and successfully close placements
• Maintain a strong pipeline of roles and candidates
• Deliver consistent placements and meet revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Track Record
• 5+ years recruitment experience
• Proven track record of consistent billing and successful placements
• Experience working on multiple roles and meeting targets
Recruitment Expertise
• Strong recruitment experience
• Ability to independently manage roles
• Skilled in competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment
Technical / IT Recruitment (Highly Advantageous)
• Experience recruiting for IT / technical roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
• Ability to understand and interpret technical job specs
Tools & Systems
• Strong sourcing ability (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards)
• Comfortable working in a digital, remote environment
Commercial & People Skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident in salary negotiation and closing offers
• High level of professionalism and accountability
Personal Attributes
• Self-driven and highly motivated
• Able to work independently without micromanagement
• Strong time management and organisational skills
