Responsibilities

Full Desk Ownership

  • Run a full 360 desk including candidate development and client relationships
  • Build your own book of business while leveraging existing client relationships and active search work

Candidate Development

  • Identify, recruit, and develop relationships with top finance and accounting professionals
  • Act as a trusted advisor on career decisions, market trends, and long-term career strategy
  • Maintain a strong, active pipeline of high-caliber talent

Client Engagement

  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and organizational goals
  • Help shape search strategy and position opportunities to attract top talent
  • Deliver a high-touch, relationship-driven experience

Search Execution

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through placement
  • Prepare and present candidates with clear, thoughtful insights
  • Guide both clients and candidates through interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation

Market Intelligence

  • Stay current on hiring trends across finance and accounting
  • Provide clients with real-time insights on compensation, talent availability, and market dynamics

Requirements

  • 3–8+ years of agency recruiting or executive search experience (finance/accounting preferred)
  • OR background in accounting/finance with strong interest in recruiting
  • OR proven B2B sales success in a relationship-driven environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and driven by performance

Compensation

Our model is built for producers. We offer a base (or draw) plus uncapped commission. Given typical deal sizes, strong performers have the opportunity to earn well into the multiple six figures.
